30 Days Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy.

We offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be in new condition.

  • We WILL NOT accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

  • Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories WILL NOT be accepted.

3. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.

  • Call Customer Service for a defective item return. we will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

Returns for Exchange

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
  • Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. we will issue a refund (less the original shipping charges or $30) and you will receive an email notification.

Returns For Refund

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
  • Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free EMS shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost, approximately $30.

NOTE: Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or EMS) for all returns.
